Whole 3-bedroom house on a quiet Marynook block, under five miles from the University of Chicago, the Obama Presidential Center, and the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry. Sleeps 6, with free driveway parking, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a work desk in every bedroom. Downtown is 20 minutes. This is a real residential street where neighbors have lived for decades, so you get quiet nights and the whole house to yourself.

A split-level home, main living areas on one floor and the bedrooms up a short flight. The living room has a tuned upright piano you are welcome to play, comfortable seating, and a TV. The kitchen is set up for real cooking: full-size range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and full cookware. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are stocked when you arrive. Three bedrooms, each with its own TV, a work desk, a luggage rack, and hangers. The primary has a king bed and lamps with USB ports built into them. The second has a queen. The third has two single beds, which works for kids or a third adult. Four beds total, sleeping six. Two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer downstairs, free to use for as long as you are here. Out back there is a grass yard, a cement patio, and a bar cart you are welcome to use. The driveway holds two cars. Traveling with kids: pack-and-play, high chair, toys, board games, beach towels and buckets, and a cooler are all here.

  I absolutely loved Fallen! My husband’s father passed and we had to come Into town to bury him and they were so hospitable and kind. They got us flowers and a card and they had the house immaculate for Our stay!

  Highly recommend this adorable little house. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and fresh. The hosts were very responsive. Every time I thought I forgot something at home, I would think to ask but then I would look up and it was already there. Very cozy and comfy. 3 nice bedrooms and the king bed was very nice. 2 bathrooms was a perfect touch for a family.
