This is 4th time staying at Gus’s. Always comfortable and homelike!

Gus is a wonderful host! When a storm knocked out the power for 36 hours early in our stay, Gus proactively reserved and paid for a hotel room for us! We didn’t end up needing it, but we were so impressed with this demonstration of care and responsibility. Our 2 week stay was comfortable, cozy, and super convenient for visiting Joliet, Naperville, and Chicago.

A quick howdy from Texas! This home was the perfect cozy spot to retreat to during my stay. Gus with the addition of a great team has created a home away from home. Everything was nice and neat. Each room was stocked with the proper necessities. My favorite addition of all was the two extra fans that were placed in a storage closet! I sleep with 5 million fans at home so this was the brightest cherry on top of my stay! :) All of the linen and towels were clean. I loved using the coffee that was freshly stocked. Cute little snacks were also left on the island in the kitchen. I did not come into any issues that required me to reach out to Gus, but I am assured that he would have responded quickly and helped me in any way. I would recommend this home to anyone who is in need of a place to stay. Thanks Gus and team!!!

Super spotless, well decorated place to stay. Comfortable bed. Nicely bows on toilet paper, paper towels, and specially wrapped towels, which set this place apart, as someone took the extra time to do this. Lovely gas stove. 2 miles away from Dell Wood Park, which we would recommend everyone seeing. Beautiful! With an awesome history.
