  Getting to the place was tricky but Gus gave directions. Alley to the parking had potholes that were a bit of a pain.

  The location was a little difficult to find at first, but once I found it, everything else was smooth. Great area! Gus was very attentive and made sure my stay was great. Definitely recommend!

  We had a great stay! Gus is very responsive and a gracious host. There were four of us. The living room is comfortable with a big tv and a dining table. Kitchen has all cooking utensils/pans. You will need oil. Salt and pepper provided. Need a drying rack for hand-washed dishes. There are coffee supplies. Paper towels, sponge and soap provided. Large fridge. The bedrooms had luggage racks, large closets, device chargers, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The neighbors upstairs are noisy and the bedrooms are off the lot with some noise and light. The bathroom was adequate and was clean. Toilet paper, towels, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided. The unit is cooled with a window unit in the living room and portable units in the bedrooms. The unit might be hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area. Parking spot in the back fit our large SUV. You will need a car to get around or to get to public transit options to get to the city. Thanks, Gus!

  We loved this place! It was close to a lot of things we planned to do on our visit, including the NASCAR races at Chicagoland. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything you’d need to cook a meal, too. The recommendations were great; too - loved the pizza the first night we were there. And everyone was very responsive - at one point t a storm rolled through and we lost power, and the hosts communicated throughout the brief outage. This is a great place for a family to stay, and we’ll definitely be back when we get ready to do college tours.

  Gus seems extremely sweet and laid back, I had a overall wonderful experience at the place besides a mishap with the lock for my early check in, came during a pretty packed week(there was a music festival going on)so there was some difficulty in the location with traffic, but besides that, great.
